New Prilosec

One of the biggest news in the medicine world is "The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved Prilosec, the first over-the-counter treatment for frequent heartburn". Prilosec is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) used to treat ulcers, heartburn, gastro esophageal reflux, or Zollinger-Ellison syndrome. Prilosec works by blocking acid production in the stomach. Prilosec may be used in combination with antibiotics (e.g., amoxicillin, clarithromycin) to treat certain types of ulcers. Prilosec may also be used to treat other conditions as determined by your doctor this medicine is a delayed-release 20 mg tablet that must be taken before eating once a day, every day for 14 days.
It can take one to four days for full effect, although some consumers may get complete relief of symptoms within 24 hours as well. Heartburn is often confused with the first symptoms of a heart attack. Seek emergency medical attention if you have chest pain or heavy feeling, dizziness, pain spreading to the arm or shoulder, sweating, nausea or vomiting, and a general ill feeling. Prilosec is not for immediate relief of heartburn symptoms. Some conditions are treated with a combination of Prilosec and antibiotics. To best treat your condition, use all of your medications as directed by your doctor. We assure you of providing you the New Prilosec available with us.
